FAQ for online orders

Is my order confidential?

 | All information collected by Priceline Pharmacy Acland Court  is strictly confidential.

We do not provide this information to any other party for any purposes.

Priceline Pharmacy Acland Courtare legally bound by conditions of employment to the confidentiality of your order and personal details.

Can I order over the phone?

 | Yes. You can place orders over the phone. Please call 03 9525 5111 and speak with any of our staff to take the order. If your order will contain prescriptions or pharmacy items please make sure you tell our staff when calling. For all phone orders, payment will be required over the phone using a valid Australian Visa or MasterCard. BPay is also available upon request.

How do I cancel an order?

 | When your order is placed, you will have sometime to manually cancel your order by logging into your account and requesting this through the ‘cancel’ button beside that particular order number.

Orders that are in fulfillment cannot, in most cases be cancelled due to our system processing the order efficiently. Once your order is processed into this stage a cancellation will not be possible.

If you would like to cancel your order beyond this stage you can post the order back to us at your own cost. 

As long as the packaging is in its original condition, a full refund less postage will be provided upon its receipt as outlined in our Returns Policy.

Prescriptions, Baby Formula, Vitamins, Fragrances and other consumable products are unable to be refunded or returned once they have been dispatched.


Can I earn Sister Club points for online purchases?

 | Due to technical difficulties, we are not able to process Sister Club points, please shop at Priceline Australia to earn Sister Club points, or shop at our store located in 160 Acland Street, St Kilda, VIC, 3182, 03 95255111


Can I send my order as a gift?

 | Yes, you can send your order to somebody else. A packing list, which does not include the order’s dollar value, will be included in your parcel. The tax invoice will be emailed directly to you.


Is there a minimum order amount?

 | No, there is no minimum amount that you are required to spend.


Do I have to be a Sister Club member to shop online?

No, everyone is very welcome to browse and shop online.
